Whistleblower system SecuReveal now accessible via qualityaustria website

The whistleblowing system "SecuReveal" is now accessible to our employees, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders. With this step, we are complying with the EU Whistleblower Directive, which must be implemented by legislation.

SecuReveal is a service provided by Responsible Business Solutions GmbH and enables internet-based anonymous receipt and processing of information from whistleblowers. Whistleblowers are persons who, in the course of their professional activities, become aware of violations of the law in certain legal areas and report them as a tip-off. The reporting person (whistleblower) is guided through a menu in order to provide information that is as clear and factually relevant as possible. Documents and files can also be uploaded to the system.

Data security and data protection

SecuReveal is operated on dedicated servers in a highly secure external data center. The anonymity of whistleblowers is guaranteed by a secure multi-stage registration process with an automatically assigned case number and a password chosen by the whistleblower. Individual encryption protects the message data, any documents and the processing of the data from access by third parties. The system is designed in such a way that whistleblowers are given the opportunity to report allegedly serious violations securely and without negative consequences. Internally, only the designated person has access to the system, which guarantees the confidentiality of the information.
